1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to place orders. You agree to provide accurate information (address, coordinates, phone number) to ensure correct deliveries. We reserve the right to cancel accounts or orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
2. Food Ordering & Delivery
Delidost operates as a hyperlocal food delivery service in Dakor, Gujarat. While we partner with top-rated vegetarian restaurants, the preparation of food is the sole responsibility of the merchant. Delivery times (typically 15-25 minutes) are estimates and can vary based on weather or traffic conditions.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once placed and accepted by the merchant cannot be cancelled by the user. If an order is cancelled by us or the merchant due to stock unavailability or rider shortage, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Partner Terms (Riders & Vendors)
Riders and merchants registering on the Delidost portal are subject to separate onboarding agreements, verification checklists, and payout calculations. All partners must adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and vegetarian handling guidelines.
